JP Duminy Mumbai IndiansScores : Mumbai Indians 148/6, KKR 139 /6Duminy was the star of the Mumbai Indians batting lineup with an incredible knock of 52 runs of just 37 balls, with four huge sixes. The Mumbai Indians were tottering again having lost both Sachin Tendulkar and Jayasuriya with the score at just above fifty, when Duminy stepped into the crease

Duminy played a responsible innings and only hit out in the last four overs during the Mumbai Indians battings against the KKR IPL T20 cricket team

Duminy was really circumspect to start with, since Sachin Tendulkar and Sanath Jayasuriya, the key Mumbai IPL team batsmen were back in the pavilion. In the last four overs, Duminy really opened up to help the Mumbai Indians score almost fifty runs , lined with four huge sixes

The second Mumbai Indians Vs KKR (Kolkata KnightRiders) IPL2 T20 cricket match was a really close affair

Sachin Tendulkar ‘s Mumbai Indians knew that this encounter with the Kolkata KnightRiders was going to be tougher than the previous IPL2 T20 cricket match against the same opposition, after having notched up a comparatively smaller score.

Hodge really played a good knock for the Kolkata KnightRiders (KKR) but somehow it seemed that Hodge did not plan the run chase too well and left too many runs to get in the last few overs

With 30 runs to get in the last three overs, the Kolkata KnightRiders T20 batsmen couldnt make the target as they had Zaheer Khan and Malinga to contend with

Lasith Malinga and Zaheer Khan were the pick of the bowlers for the Mumbai IPL T20 cricket team

Lasith Malinga bowled an incredible spell with almost every ball being an unplayable swinging yorker that seemed to hunt for the toes of the batsmen. Malinga may not have got any wickets but his bowling was terrific again and probably the difference between the Mumbai Indians and the Kolkata KnightRiders cricket teams

Zaheer Khan was responsible for the early breakthroughs by getting the dangerous Gayle and “Dada” Saurav Ganguly cheaply. Zaheer also bowled an excellent spell at the death as the Mumbai Indians scraped through this exciting cricket match against KKR (Kolkata KnightRiders)
