Robin Singh is YAC or Yet Another Coach for the Mumbai Indians IPL cricket team. Its simply raining coaches in the IPL- every IPL cricket team seems to change coaches more often than actors change dresses in Bollywood song sequences
Robin Singh replaces Pravin Amre in the Mumbai Indians IPL cricket team
As Robin Singh takes charge of the Mumbai Indians IPL cricket team,one question crops up -Where is Pravin Amre? No news of Amre . There was a lot of talk of Amre being the right coach of the future, but seems to have forsaken the team for greener pastures, or been dumped by the MI team

Robin Singh enjoys the confidence of Sachin Tendulkar , but why do the Mumbai Indians IPL cricket team need a coach when MI has Sachin Tendulkar
Sachin Tendulkar knows more about cricket than do all the coaches of the IPL put together (thats about a hundred coaches at least). Whether it is motivation of the cricket team or teaching them specific cricketing skills, the Mumbai Indians cricket team does not need to look further than Sachin.
Its exactly in this context, that one asks the question? Are Robin Singh and his coterie of Mumbai Indians coaches , actually needed?

I agree- too many “coaches” in the IPL. The Mumbai Indians IPL cricket team is of course comparatively better than the other IPL cricket teams
No idea why IPL cricket teams need more coaches. Look at what Buchanan did to the Kolkata Knight Riders cricket team
Fortunately, Shaun Pollock and his coaches have been more benevolent compared to the almost -abrasive Buchanan. In fact, Shaun Pollock is apparently very popular among the youngsters in the Mumbai Indians cricket team.
